Latinx 4 Social Movement’s Return Policy


We understand you might change your mind. As such, you can return any unworn, unwashed clothing for a full refund, not including shipping within 14 days of delivery. No cancellations accepted after shipment. The 14-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location. Custom orders may not be returned. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for Clearance items. Once we are notified of your intent to return an item, we will issue a return authorization and you will have 14 days to complete the return to us. Returns subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer will assume return shipping costs.


Exchanges or store credit may be issued for damaged or defective items that are reported within 14 days upon receiving delivery.


The procedure for returning merchandise is as follows:

 

  • Please e-mail #invoice number with the subject line “Return Authorization Requested” to: orders@latinx4sm.org

  • Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form (RMA) that will be provided via e-mail.

  • You will receive an email RMA confirmation once your RMA request has been reviewed.

  • If your return request has been approved, you will receive a separate email containing a Return Authorization Number to send back the merchandise.

  • All returns must be approved prior to shipping to receive credit. Any returns sent to our PO Box without prior approval will NOT receive a refund.

  • Any requests for returns and exchanges after 14 days will not be approved.

  • Customer will assume return shipping costs.
